VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Second fermentation of the Valpolicella wine produced with grapes from Monte Tenda together with the marc of Amarone, for optimal color and body extraction. Filtering away of the marc and ageing in 500 l capacity tonneaux of french oak from Allier forests for 18 months.

Intense aroma with sophisticated spicy notes of black pepper and tobacco.
