The Valpolicella Classico DOC “Le Fradare” is a red still wine, produced with typical grapes from Valpolicella, with an alcohol content of 12.5%.

VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Roller pressing with de-stalking. Fermentation at controlled temperature, not above 25° C. Short maceration for 7-10 days with two daily pump overs and two delestage for optimal color extraction, separation of the grape marc and ageing in stainless steel tanks for about 6 months.
