The Antrum is a red still dry wine, produced with typical grapes from Valpolicella, with alcohol content of 14.5%.

TRAINING SYSTEM
Pergola veronese with a density of vineyard of about 3,300 vines/Ha. Distance between the rows 3.5 m, distance between the trees 0.8 m

VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Hand selection of the best grapes, the best sun-exposed bunches, during the harvest. Natural drying process of the grapes in 6 kg wooden boxes for about 100 days, with a 40% weight loss of the berries. Fermentation started in stainless steel tanks at constant temperature of 18°C and ended in wooden barrels at very low temperatures, 10-15°C. Ageing in 225 l capacity oak barrels for 24 months and in 0.75 l bottles for 6 months.
